Joseph Higgins, P.E.

Joseph Higgins is the CEO and Chief Engineer of Warren Group Engineering.
He has been a practicing fire protection engineer since 2005 and is a professionally licensed Fire Protection Engineer in California and Florida. He is also registered with the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying to allow for maximum licensing flexibility.
With over 15 years of design, plan review, and system acceptance testing, Joe has experience with all types of facilities and projects.
Joseph is on the NFPA 101 Ch. 8 Fire Protection Features committee as principal member. He is also a member of NFPA and the Society of Fire Protection Engineers.
He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Fire Protection Engineering, both from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI).
